produce a bat within approx 30working days. Production times also depend on the availability of suitable willow and on how the wood behaves throughout the manufacturing process. Our priority is to deliver a bat of exceptional quality, carefully crafted to the highest standards.

Precision Shaping

From there, traditional hand-making takes over. The bat is refined, balanced, and adjusted by feel, not just by weight — to achieve the right pickup
Finishing & Polishing

Knocking-In & Final Checks
