Cleft Selection
We hand-select a cleft specifically for your bat, matching your chosen grade, weight range, profile, and playing style. This step determines pickup, balance, and long-term performance.
Handle & Splice
The correct handle is chosen and precisely fitted into the cleft. The splice is glued, bound, and set to ensure strength, feel, and durability.
Precision Shaping
Using CNC machining, the blade is shaped accurately to your selected profile. This ensures consistency, symmetry, and repeatability.
Hand Shaping & Balance
From there, traditional hand-making takes over. The bat is refined, balanced, and adjusted by feel, not just by weight — to achieve the right pickup
Finishing & Polishing
Edges, spine, and face are carefully finished and polished. Stickers are applied by hand, keeping everything clean and true.
Knocking-In & Final Checks
Each bat is lightly knocked-in and fully inspected before dispatch — checking balance, finish, handle integrity, and overall quality.
